Hiiii!! Welcome to the cyber space of But First… Coffee Shop (BFC). Let me share a little bit about who is behind BFC. My name is Frances Rojas; together with my husband Ihomar Feliciano we decided to merge a dream and a passion into a reality by creating But First… Coffee Shop. 
Growing up I had a dream of one day owning a space to serve pastries and fancy sandwiches. I envisioned a chill hangout spot where friends and family could play board games, read, work, do homework, and create. I wanted to invite people into a peaceful, welcoming space where they could be part of my extended family. 
Fast forward a few years and I developed a relationship with this amazing substance called coffee. I said to myself, “This! This I should sell in my little hangout spot!” Another few years passed and I met my knight in shining armor, Ihomar. He was such a Coffeeholic! Ihomar drank coffee in the AM, coffee in the afternoon, coffee in the late afternoon, and even coffee in the evening. Throughout the years his passion for coffee grew more and more. Ihomar would make these crazy, cute coffee drinks at home and friends and family would stop by just to try them. People would say, ‘This might be your thing...’
One day, talking as we do, Ihomar and I had a light bulb idea. We should open a coffee shop! My dream of a hangout spot combined with Ihomar’s passion for coffee – THIS WAS IT! But what next?
We looked and waited for an opportunity. We discussed my dream and his passion, we prayed and prayed, and we never let go of the possibility of making our little coffee shop a reality. Six years later that opportunity finally arrived! Our chance was here, but what would we call this creative merging of dream and passion? 
“But First…” my husband said.
“But First… Coffee” is a popular quote I replied.
This fueled a discussion in which we realized “But First … ” is so much more! It’s a ‘fill in the blank’ for you. 
For us, it’s ‘But First… Jesus’ and ‘But First… Pray’ and ‘But First… Coffee’. What is ‘But First…’ for you? It might be ‘But First … Create’ or ‘But First … Relax’ and of course, as always, ‘But First… Coffee’. 
Whatever your ‘But First …’ is – you’re welcome here. We want this place to be more than your Local Coffee Shop in Orlando, we want you to be part of the Coffee Family! We want you to feel welcomed and loved by God the minute you walk in our doors. You come in for a cup of coffee, but you meet Jesus! We want you to know that we have taken this combination of dream and passion seriously; we’re learning, growing, and constantly seeking knowledge to bring you the best cup of specialty coffee around. Come and be a part of it! Taste our amazing pastries, sip a cup of the best coffee to pass your lips in ages.
